Joseph Hinson	General	Knoxville Locomotive Works/Gulf & Ohio sent out down to Aiken because a company there helped them rebuild this unit. Knoxville Locomotive Works (owned by the Gulf & Ohio) rebuilt GP38; AIKR is probably testing it to see if theyll rebuild their GP30s
